围绕我国特色高发恶性肿瘤食管癌,联合食管癌高发区(山西、新疆、潮汕等地区)肿瘤病理学、肿瘤外科学、肿瘤放化疗等临床研究人员,组建了“消化系统恶性肿瘤防治山西省科技创新重点团队”、“食管癌发病机理及转化研究山西省重点实验室”,聚焦我国高发区食管癌遗传变异分析、分子标记物筛查及驱动基因分子调控网络研究。聚焦我国高发区食管癌遗传变异分析、分子标记物筛查及驱动基因分子调控网络研究,搭建了我国食管鳞癌多组学数据库,在国际上率先从克隆进化角度揭示了食管鳞癌高异质性,揭示了食管鳞癌 DNA 甲基化特征全貌,鉴定了一批与食管鳞癌发生发展及转移、预后显著相关的基因及信号通路,揭示了食管鳞癌免疫逃逸的可能机制;基于多个独立队列的大样本多组学测序数据,鉴定了我国食管鳞癌的临床分子分型标记物,强有力地预测了患者的预后生存,提出了我国人群食管鳞癌分子分型的建议标准;基于食管鳞癌患者病理图像及影像组学数据,开展了病理图像特征、影像组学特征与生物标志物的关联研究,系统解析病理图像及影像组学在食管鳞癌疗效与预后评估、新治疗靶点和食管鳞癌发生发展的生物机制,为建立融入病理图像及影像组学医学人工智能分析平台,促进精准化个性化的智能医疗应用和发展奠定了坚实的基础。
