近年来,基于近红外二区(NIR-II)荧光成像技术,围绕临床转化与尖端科研开展深入研究,集NIR-II荧光设备改造、NIR-II荧光探针开发、NIR-II荧光数据分析于一体,掌握领域前沿的NIR-II荧光成像技术,积累了丰厚的研究基础。始终坚持科研-临床紧密结合,快速转化。国内率先开发NIR-II荧光成像系统,现处于临床前手术导航实验阶段,充分证实引导肿瘤术中精准切除的有效性,进一步加快成像系统的临床转化步伐。开发包括手术导航、术中快速病理分析、内窥诊疗等一系列NIR-II荧光成像系统,并已开展相关临床试验

研究生培养

秉承科-教相长的原则,主讲《纳米医学》、《肿瘤学研究热点》、《纳米生物医学》和《医学实验技术》等多门理论课程;主讲《纳米生物医学》精品课程。培养多名博士、硕士研究生,已毕业博士生4人,硕士生8人,其中5人获得国家研究生奖学金。指导中国国际大学生创新大赛银奖(国家级)1项、“挑战杯”山西省大学生创业计划金奖1项,国家级、省级大学生创新项目各1项。
