近年来,基于近红外二区(NIR-II)荧光成像技术,围绕临床转化与尖端科研开展深入研究,集NIR-II荧光设备改造、NIR-II荧光探针开发、NIR-II荧光数据分析于一体,掌握领域前沿的NIR-II荧光成像技术,积累了丰厚的研究基础。始终坚持科研-临床紧密结合,快速转化。国内率先开发NIR-II荧光成像系统,现处于临床前手术导航实验阶段,充分证实引导肿瘤术中精准切除的有效性,进一步加快成像系统的临床转化步伐。开发包括手术导航、术中快速病理分析、内窥诊疗等一系列NIR-II荧光成像系统,并已开展相关临床试验。 发表SCI学术论文38篇,总IF:341.27,H指数15。其中SCI一区论文24篇,IF>10的SCI论文17篇,发表在Advanced Science(2篇),Small(4篇),Chemical Engineering Journal(2篇),Advanced Healthcare Materials(7篇),Materials Today Bio(3篇),ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces,Nanoscale(3篇)等国际期刊,得到国际同行专家的高度认可,其中8篇(7篇IF>10)被邀请做封面文章,4篇被期刊评为年度Hot Article(Hot Papers)。主持承担国家自然科学基金(2项)、科技部中央引导地方科技发展资金项目、山西省自然基金、高校科技创新计划等省部级项目8项;作为学术骨干参研国家自然基金国际(地区)合作与交流项目、国家自然科学基金应急管理项目、山西省科技攻关项目等多项省部级以上基金研究工作。申请国家发明专利及实用新型专利27项,已授权专利23项。获得山西省科学技术合作奖,一等奖;华夏医学科技奖,二等奖;中国抗癌协会科技奖,二等奖。 代表性科研成果: 学术论文 (1) Pengmin Liu, Rong Dai, Juan Li, Lin Chen, Qi Liu, Yuhang Wang, Shichao Meng, Binyue Zhang, Jinxuan Li, Weiwei Kang, Ziliang Zheng, Ruiping Zhang.
