To further promote internationalization process, optimize the structure of international students and improve their training system, the first batch of international graduate enrollment launched by our school in July 2020 has been successfully completedrecently.

This year, our school has recruited 5 doctoral students and 20 master students from 7 countries including Pakistan, Cameroon and Nepal. The students are distributed in 13 majors, such as general surgery, hematology, obstetrics and gynecology.

Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic,the international situation has profoundand long-term impacts, and the recruitment of international students in China faces huge challenges.With the strong support of all faculties,the International Cooperation and Exchanges Department, the International Education School and the Graduate College worked collaboratively to make meticulous preparations and turn difficulties into opportunities.Based on the principle of fairness, impartiality and openness,our school conducteda comprehensive assessment of candidates. Through qualification examinations, material reviews, offline and online interviews, the students with professional medical knowledge, and fluent Chinese were selected. Successfully, the first batch of international graduate enrollment was completed in the beginning this semester.
