From 9thto 25th in February,the Teaching Department of thethirdhospital ofouruniversity,Shanxi Bethune Hospital,held a teaching trial for 2022 undergraduate theoretical course teachers in order to further improve the teaching ability of clinical teachers. The trial lecture was attended by 100 teachers from 30 departments, and the members of the Hospital Teaching Supervision Committee and resident experts from Tongji University were invited as judges.
All the teachers who participated in the trial lecture prepared the lessons carefully before class. Their rigorous teaching attitude and whole-hearted teaching enthusiasm fully show the elegant demeanor of young teachers in the hospital.
The excellent performance of the teachers was highly praised by the expert judges. They made wonderful comments on teaching content, teaching organization, teaching ability, teaching attitude, teaching plans and other aspects, passed on their own teaching experience, and put forward constructive opinions and suggestions for the hospital to further improve the teaching work of undergraduates.
Through the trial, the clinical teachers' basic teaching skills have been consolidated, and a number of outstanding young backbone teachers have been explored, which has played a positive role in further standardizing the management of clinical teaching and improving the quality of clinical teaching.
