On the afternoon of May 18th, He Chaozhu,the Dean of Nursing School of Nanchang University,with his delegation visited Shanxi Medical University for research collaboration. They visited Nursing College, the National First-Class Undergraduate Specialty Construction Sites in our school, and discussed with college teachers and students. Liu Chun, the member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Shanxi Medical University, attended the symposium and made a speech. The meeting was chaired by Han Shifan, the Secretary of Party Committee and President of Nursing College. Zhang Peili, the Vice Dean of the college, Yang Hui, the Doctoral Supervisor, the heads of functional departments and doctoral representatives participated in the exchange.
Liu Chun delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the school.Based on the background of Shanxi culture, he introduced the historical background and construction status of the development of our university, the layout of disciplines, and the measures and effects of talent introduction and cultivation in recent years.He hoped to carry out long-term exchanges and cooperation with nursing and other disciplines of Nanchang University to jointly promote the development of medical education in the two universities.
On behalf of the two colleges, Han Shifan and He Chaozhu introduced the development process, education system, personnel training, social services and other aspects of their respective colleges.Zhang Peili introduced the current situation and future planning of nursing discipline construction in our university, especially the characteristic research and representative achievements. Subsequently, the two parties discussed the construction of nursing disciplines, the connotation construction of doctoral programs, the training of doctoral students, and the retention of doctoral graduates. They also exchanged the experience on the construction of teaching staff, the characteristics of the characteristics of organizational work and student management.
He Chaozhu also visited the nursing training center of our school, and learned more about the overall layout of the training center, the setting of each functional area and the current situation of training courses.Both sides agreed that this research visit wouldbenefit for sharing the experiences onadvanced educational concepts and management methods.Hope our two universitieswill further strengthen exchanges and cooperation in the future, promote the common development of both sides, and cultivate more and better nursing talents.
