Important Notice for International Students during COVID-19 Prevention and Control

全体国际学生需做到：

All international students must do as following:

1. 严格遵守“所有学生未接到开学通知一律不得提前返校”的规定。接到学校开学通知后，严格按照学校的部署和要求，安排自己的返校行程。未接通知擅自返校的，或未告知辅导员返校信息的学生，除须按照中国出入境管理规定接受隔离观察（隔离期间酒店住宿餐饮费用自理）外，按照学校规定予以处罚。

1. Strictly abide by the regulation that “All students are NOT allowed to return to school in advance”. After receiving the school notice, students should arrange return trips in accordance with the arrangement and requirements of school. Students who return to school without permission, or who do not inform the counselors of the information of returning to school, shall be subject to isolation observation in accordance with China's entry and exit management regulations (hotel accommodation and catering expenses shall be borne by themselves during isolation), and shall be punished in accordance with the school's regulations.

2. 坚决服从当地政府和学校防控疫情的工作安排，积极支持学校开展的疫情收集统计工作，每日严格按时、如实提交“国际学生健康日报”。每日未按时提交日报或未如实上报各人健康情况的，在学年综合测评时扣除1分，累计扣满3分者，予以警告一次，扣满5分者，予以严重警告一次，情节严重者，按照学校规定予以处罚。

2. Absolutely obey the work arrangement of the local government and the school for epidemic prevention and control, actively support the school on epidemic data collection, and submit the “International Students Daily Health Report” strictly timely and truthfully every day. If the daily report is not submitted on time or the health condition of each person is not reported truthfully, 1 point shall be deducted in the comprehensive assessment of the academic year. If the cumulative deduction is more than 3 points, a warning shall be given once. If the deduction is more than 5 points, a serious warning shall be given once. If the circumstances are severe, the punishment shall be given in accordance with the regulations of the school.

3. 保持微信畅通并定期查看邮件，超星学习通，和所在年级管理老师保持联络，不可失联。

3. Keep WeChat open. Check the Emails and notices in super star learning APP regularly. Keep in touch with your counselor. Don’t be out of contact.

4. 本学期返校前，认真按照学校安排上好网课，按时完成学习任务。已在线学习的内容，返校后不另行补课。因个人原因耽误学业的，将严格按照《国际学生管理规定》及《国际教育学院教学事务补充规定》处理。

4. Before returning to school, finished the provided learning tasks on time and carefully. The parts that have been finished online will not be supplemented after returning to school. Those who delay their studies due to personal reasons will be dealt with in strict accordance with the international student management regulations and the supplementary regulations on teaching affairs of the Institute of international education.

5. 不去人群聚集或空气不流通的场所，不去有疫情发生的地区。如计划离开目前所在城市，必须提前告知所在年级管理老师。留在学校的同学，严格执行学校出入管理规定，对拒不服从管理的，将根据情节轻重，予以处分。

5. Do not visit crowded places, places without proper ventilation, as well as places of known epidemic situation. If you plan to leave the city where you are currently located, you should report to your counselor in advance. Students who stay in the school shall strictly obey the school’s regulations. Those who refuse to obey the management will be punished according to the seriousness of the case.

广大同学要充分认识到疫情防控工作的重要性，严格遵守学校相关规定，互相关心、互相帮助、互相监督。如发现违反本行为规范的行为，应立即向年级管理老师报告。

Students should fully realize the importance of COVID-19 prevention and control, strictly abide by the relevant regulations of the school, care about each other, help each other and supervise each other. If any violation of these regulations is found, it should be reported to the counselor immediately.
