一、招生项目
临床医学、公共卫生学、护理学等专业硕士研究生、博士研究生项目(附件）Graduate Programs (Master's and Doctoral) in Clinical Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, and Related Disciplines. (Refer to Attachment )
二、申请资格 Eligibility
1. 申请人须为持有效外国护照的非中国籍公民；The applicant must be a non-Chinese citizen holding a valid foreign passport;
2. 申请人须身心健康，无传染性疾病和精神疾病既往病史，在本国有完整的学习经历和工作经历，品行良好，无犯罪记录。Applicants should be physically and mentally healthy, have no past medical history of infectious diseases and mental illnesses, have a complete study and work experience, have good conduct, and have no criminal record.
3. 愿意了解中国历史文化，遵守中国政府法律、法规及学校规章制度，尊重中国人民的风俗习惯；Applicants are willing to understand Chinese history and culture, abide by Chinese government laws, regulations and Shanxi Medical University’s rules and regulations, and respect the customs and habits of the Chinese people;
4. 硕士学位项目申请者, 应具有与中国学士学位相当的学位，年龄在18周岁以上、40岁周以下；博士学位项目申请者, 应具有与中国硕士学位相当的学位，年龄在18周岁以上、45周岁以下；Applicants for a master's degree program should have a degree equivalent to that of a Chinese bachelor's degree, and should be over 18 years old and under 40 years old; applicants for a doctoral degree program should have a degree equivalent to that of a Chinese master's degree and be over 18 years old and under 45 years old;
5. 学习成绩优良，或须达到百分制70分以上；Applicants should have excellent academic performance, or more than 70 points on the 100-point system;
6. 具有良好的中英文读写能力，汉语水平考试（HSK）须达到四级及以上水平。Applicants should have Have good reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English, and the Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) must reach level 4 and above.
三、申请材料 Application Materials
1. 护照：申请者须提供个人普通护照的个人信息页。原为中国公民、后加入外国国籍者，根据《中华人民共和国国籍法》第三条，还须提供无中国户籍证明。Copy of passport within the validity period (full passport, copy of non-blank page)(According to Article 3 of the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China, any individual who was a Chinese national and then acquired a foreign nationality shall provide a Certificate of Cancellation of Chinese Household registration.)
2. 学位证明: 硕士专业申请者，须提交学士学位证明；博士专业申请者，须提交硕士学位证明及学士学位证明。应届毕业生可先提交预计毕业证明，学位证明须在入学前补交。Degree certificate: Master's degree program applicants should submit their Bachelor's degree certificate. Doctoral degree program applicants should submit both their Master's and Bachelor's degree certificates.Applicants who will not graduate before the application deadline must provide a pre-graduation certificate from their current academic institution. In this case, the degree certificate must be submitted before registration.should be indicated), which must be original or notarized, Chinese or English is available;
3. 成绩单: 硕士专业申请者，须提交本科期间完整的成绩单；博士专业申请者，须提交硕士及本科期间完整的成绩单。应届生可先提交现阶段成绩单，最终成绩单须在入学前补交。Academic transcript: Master's degree program applicants should submit the academic transcript of their undergraduate study. Doctoral degree program applicants should submit academic transcripts of both their graduate and undergraduate studies. Applicants who will not graduate before the application deadline must provide their current academic transcript.In this case,the completed academic transcript must be submitted before registration.
4. HSK成绩证明：硕士专业申请者须提供HSK4级成绩证明；母语为中文或使用中文完成大学学习的申请者，须提供相关文件，获得所申请院系许可后，可免交HSK成绩证明。HSK certificate and score report for programs offered in Chinese. For related requirements,please check the program remarks in 'Catalog of Graduate Programs 2023'. Applicants whose native language is Chinese or whose university study is conducted in Chinese can be exempted from the requirement to submit an HSK score report -to qualify for exemption,applicants must provide relevant documents and obtain the permission of the school/department they are applying to.
5. 个人陈述：硕士专业申请者仅须提交个人陈述；博士专业申请者须提交个人陈述及一份简要的研究经历或研究计划。Personal statement. Master's degree program applicants should submit a Personal Statement.Doctoral degree program applicants should submit both a Personal Statement and a brief introduction of their research experience or research plan.
6. 两份推荐信：推荐人须为副教授或相应职称以上的学者，或者相关行业内的资深专业人士。Two academic recommendation letters from scholars who have the title of associate professor or higher, or senior professionals in a related academic field. Please follow the instructions on the online system for submission of online recommendation letters or upload the recommendation letters signed by references.
7. 无犯罪记录证明；Certificate of None Criminal Record;
8. 经济担保：符合当地中国使领馆签证要求的银行存单、或父母在职收入情况证明、银行流水等；Financial Statement (bank deposit certificates that meet the visa requirements of the Chinese embassies and consulates in the local area, or evidence of parents’ in-service income, bank liquidity, etc.);
9. 外国人体格检查记录复印件；Photocopy of foreigner physical examination records;
10. 入学申请表。Application Form.
四、奖学金 Scholarship
1. A类奖学金为来晋留学政府奖学金，用于奖励来山西医科大学接受博士层次和硕士层次教育的优秀外国留学生，奖学金标准为：博士每学年每人25000元；硕士每学年每人20000元；并免交学费。The A-class scholarship is a government scholarship for studying abroad in Shanxi, which is used to reward outstanding foreign students who come to Shanxi Medical University to receive doctoral and master's level education. The scholarship standard is: 25000 yuan per person per doctoral year; Master's degree is 20000 yuan per person per academic year; And exempt from paying tuition fees.
2. B类奖学金为学费奖学金，用于奖励来山西医科大学接受博士层次和硕士层次教育的优秀外国留学生，免交学费。B scholarship is tuition fee scholarship, which is used to reward outstanding foreign students who come to SXMU to persue doctoral and master degree. The student will be free from tuition fees.
五、申请方式How to apply
1. 申请人登录申请系统： https://smu.at0086.cn/Student，查询2025年度招生简章和专业目录等信息，确定拟申请的专业，填写入学申请表。Please log in the application system: https://smu.at0086.cn/Student to inquire about the admission information and fill in the Application Form.
2. 通过初审的申请人参加由相关院系组织的面试或笔试。Applicants who have passed the preliminary examination will participate in the interview or written test organized by the department that you apply for.
3. 学校根据申请材料、复试结果等综合评核，择优选拔，确定录取名单，被录取者缴纳学费后，邮寄录取通知书和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》。Based on the application materials and two-round assessment results, the school will select the qualified candidates, and mail the admission letter and other materials to the candidates.
