公共卫生与预防医学博士后科研流动站简介

公共卫生与预防医学博士后科研流动站设立于2007年，设站单位是公共卫生学院，现有博士后合作导师17名。截至目前，流动站招收博士后25名，其中，与工作站联合招收博士后6名。目前在站博士后共12名。

流动站注重博士后招收和培养质量，不断加强博士后工作管理，鼓励和促进博士后提高科研能力，科研成果产出水平较高。截至目前，流动站共有9名博士后研究人员获得中国博士后科学基金面上资助（一等资助1项，二等资助8项），公发表论文63篇，其中SCI收录27篇；国家级课题21项，省部级课题27项；发明专利3项；出版著作4部（独著1部，合著3部）；省部级科技奖励4项。

公共卫生与预防医学学科始建于1951年，为我国最早创建的卫生学科之一和六大卫生系之一。从著名卫生学家邵象伊、叶衍增、陈家震、郭鼐、姚凤一、倪江林、何大卫教授，到现在的中青年学科带头人，几代人拼搏奋斗，取得了优异成绩。学科立足山西，面向全国，科学研究独具特色：①根据山西能源重化工基地的产业结构，以职业危害和环境污染致人群健康损害为研究重点；参加国家“七五”、“八五”科技攻关计划、职业病诊断标准全国协作课题，在化学物神经毒性、职业病诊断和治疗、尘肺防治、大气颗粒物研究取得了显著的成果。②针对山西地方病、传染病发病率高、有特定的疾病谱，深入进行传染病和非传染病慢性流行病学研究，在地方性砷中毒、乙肝宫内传播、恶性肿瘤、出生缺陷研究颇具特色。③坚持统计方法研究与生物医学应用并重，将先进的统计方法应用到生物医学研究中。④针对山西农村人口众多、经济差的现状，开展卫生服务研究，为政府决策提供科学依据。此外，在儿童少年心理干预、健康促进等研究中也取得不菲成绩。

公共卫生与预防医学学科为省级重点学科，预防医学为国家一流专业建设点。学科有专任教师69名，其中高级职称教师44人，博导13人，硕导43人，56人具有博士学位。学院拥有很多在国内颇具知名度的教授，几乎每一个学科都有知名教授担任全国学科专业学会的理事或委员、常务委员甚至主任副主任委员；多名教授担任国家卫生健康委员会规划教材、教育部21世纪教材编委。近5年来，学院共承担国家级基金、“十三五”重大专项子课题在内的国家级项目39项，省级及以上科研项目79项，经费合计2265.94万元；获得省部级科技奖4项，国家发明专利8项，SCI收录论文163篇；近五年主编副主编国家级规划教材12部，参编29部。

The Postdoctoral Research Station of Public Health and Preventive Medicine

The Public Health and Preventive Medicine postdoctoral Research Mobile Station was established in 2007 by the School of Public Health, with 17 postdoctoral mentors. Up to now, 25 postdoctoral students have been recruited in the mobile station, and 12 postdoctoral students are currently in the mobile station.

Mobile station pay attention to the quality of postdoctoral recruitment and training, constantly strengthen the management of postdoctoral work, encourage and promote postdoctoral research ability, and have a high level of scientific research output. Up to now, a total of 9 postdoctoral researchers in the mobile station have been supported by the China postdoctoral Science Fund ( 1 first-class and 8 second-class grants), and 63 papers have been published, including 27 SCI, 21 national projects, 27 provincial and ministerial projects, 3 invention patents, 4 published works (1 monograph, 3 co-authors), and 4 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards.

The discipline of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, founded in 1951, is one of the earliest health disciplines and one of the six major health departments in China. From famous hygienists Shao Xiangyi, Ye Yanzeng, Chen Jiazhen, Guo Xun, Yao Fengyi, Ni Jianglin, and he Davei to the current young and middle-aged discipline leaders, several generations have worked hard and achieved excellent results.

The discipline is based in Shanxi and faces the whole country, and the scientific research has its own characteristics: (1) according to the industrial structure of Shanxi energy and heavy chemical industry base, the research focuses on the health damage caused by occupational hazards and environmental pollution; We have participated in the national "Seventh five-year Plan" and "eighth five-year Plan" to tackle key scientific and technological problems and the national cooperative project on diagnostic standards of occupational diseases, and has made remarkable achievements in chemical neurotoxicity, diagnosis and treatment of occupational diseases, prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis, and atmospheric particulate matter research. (2) in view of the high incidence of endemic diseases and infectious diseases and specific disease spectrum in Shanxi, an in-depth study on the chronic epidemiology of infectious and non-communicable diseases was carried out, which is characterized by endemic arsenism, intrauterine transmission of hepatitis B, malignant tumors and birth defects. (3) attach equal importance to the research of statistical methods and the application of biomedicine, and apply advanced statistical methods to biomedical research. (4) in view of the current situation of large population and poor economy in rural areas of Shanxi, research on health services was carried out to provide a scientific basis for government decision-making. In addition, great achievements have been made in the research of psychological intervention and health promotion for children and adolescents.

The discipline of Public Health and Preventive Medicine is a provincial key discipline, and preventive medicine is a national first-class professional construction point. There are 69 full-time teachers in the discipline, including 44 senior teachers, 13 doctoral instructors, 43 master's instructors and 56 doctoral degrees. The college has many well-known professors in China, and in almost every discipline, well-known professors serve as directors or committee members, standing committee members and even vice-chairmen of the National discipline Professional Society. a number of professors serve as the planning teaching materials of the National Health Commission and the editorial committee of the 21st century teaching materials of the Ministry of Education. In the past five years, the college has undertaken 39 national projects, including national funds and major subprojects of the 13th five-year Plan, 79 scientific research projects at the provincial level and above, with a total funding of 22.6594 million yuan, and has won 4 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, 8 national invention patents, and 163papers collected by SCI. In the past five years, 12 national planning textbooks have been edited and 29 have been edited.
